Practices

Team practices take place Wednesdays at Bryan Park and Fridays at Deep Run Park from 8:15 a.m.-9:15 a.m.  Runners will also be expected to workout on their own according to the team training schedule.

Cap City runners will be participating in events across the metro area against public and private schools.  Schedule coming soon.

For the very affordable cost of $100 per runner, athletes will be provided with official uniforms, training regimens, meet registrations, insurance, and coaching.  Black shorts and running shoes of choice must be provided by the runner's family.
