Our Teams

Cap City fields teams of young men at the junior varsity and varsity levels.   Players tryout for the teams that accurately reflect their grade, age, and skill level. At the discretion of the coaching staff, a player may be invited to play at the next level. Should there be confusion about which of our teams would best fit your athlete, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Because our players come from nine counties as well as the City of Richmond, practices and games are held all over the Richmond Metro area and beyond, we consider ourselves a travel team.  Our aim is to keep our practices and games as close to the Richmond Metro Area as possible for the convenience of our families but appreciate your understanding when that isn't possible.
